great room size but limited dining options
The triple room was impressively spacious, offering ample room for our family. The garden view from the room provided a tranquil atmosphere that enhanced our stay.
Dining options seemed limited in variety during our visit.

I loved the spacious room with super comfy beds and the delicious pastries from the hotel bakery were a real treat! There’s a great spa and a cozy lounge to unwind in after a day out. I did wish the laundry service operated longer hours, but it didn't really take away from my experience. 😊

The breakfast buffet was really satisfying with both Western and Japanese offerings and we were just a short, easy stroll away from Odori Park and Sapporo Clock Tower, making it a perfect spot for exploring the heart of the city.

The room was spacious and clean, but the low ceiling made it feel kind of cramped. There was no safe, which was a bit annoying. The location was awesome for exploring, though, and the staff were super helpful. Overall, it was decent but not impressive for the price.

My stay at the Grand was good. The quiet corner room offered easy access to downtown shopping, and the location helped avoid the cold with direct underground connections. The room showed some signs of age. A pleasant experience in Sapporo.

Great location near Sapporo Station. I loved the easy access through the underground walkway. The room felt spacious and had a comfortable seating area. Check-in was smooth, with friendly staff guiding me to my room. Breakfast options were impressive, especially the local dishes. I appreciated the variety available at the buffet. However, I experienced some noise from the busy corridor, especially at night, which disturbed my sleep. The shower layout felt a bit inconvenient as well. Despite these small issues, the overall stay was delightful. I'll definitely consider returning when I'm in Sapporo again.

missingWrote a review on Mar 14dated decor
The overall vibe of the main building came off dated, almost like stepping back into the '60s—nowhere near the luxurious standard you'd expect for the price. Coffee supply in the room? Forget it. you have to trek downstairs while still half-asleep, and given the early closing hours of the on-site bar, unwinding after a long day felt restricted, especially if you're looking for evening drinks. The lack of amenities to meet a 5-star claim, coupled with a frustrating 'beer set' that turned into a joke for non-drinkers, really put a dent in the appeal.

Had an awesome trip with friends! We visited Odori Park and the famous Sapporo TV Tower, both were super close and fun. The hotel's location is great for exploring, and the breakfast options are impressive, offering a mix of East and West. Definitely recommend trying the local pastries!
The only downside was some noise from the busy corridor, which sometimes interrupted our sleep. It seemed like it attracted a lot of foot traffic, but it wasn't a huge deal.
